Work with the Township of Springdale
The Township of Springdale works with qualified contractors for a variety of projects throughout the year, including both emergency and planned work.
Typical services may include:
- Waterline repair, replacement, and maintenance
- Stormwater line maintenance and replacement
- General contracting services
- Paving and related work
Much of the Township’s routine work involves non-bid emergency repairs, while larger projects may be publicly bid.

The Township maintains a list of contractors available for various types of work. If you are interested in being considered for future projects, please submit the following information:
- Types of work you are interested in (emergency and/or bid work)
- Equipment available for excavation, loading, and hauling
- Unit rates for equipment
- Available personnel, including operators and field staff
- Unit rates for personnel
- Proof of insurance applicable to the work
