Address Number Requirements

To help ensure emergency responders can quickly locate your property, all buildings must display clearly visible address numbers.

  • Must be visible from the street or road
  • Must contrast with the background
  • Must be at least 4 inches high
  • Minimum stroke width: 0.5 inches
  • May use Arabic numerals or alphabet letters

These requirements are based on the International Property Maintenance Code.
